Potential Reasons Behind Workday Outage

While the users are interested in knowing the core reason behind the issue, Workday has not officially announced the main cause behind this outage. Experts are guessing the potential reason behind the citation. Some are saying that Workday is a cloud-based service, and any problem in the cloud service provider (e.g., AWS, Azure) can be the reason behind this issue. Sometimes, the high traffic load causes errors in working, and vulnerabilities and cyber attacks like DDoS (Distributed Denial-of-Service) attacks may be the reason.

No matter what the cause is behind this issue, merely an 80-minute outage of the Workday platform has disrupted the work of several organizations.
