On Tuesday, during the hearing on Capitol Hill, Kennedy was sharing the points to justify how the agency’s current-year budget aligns with the current agenda of the Trump administration. He was in the middle of a statement when several protestors disrupted his discussion.
At this, Kennedy unintentionally turned around to see what was happening, and he saw an angry protester blurt out, and there were several people shouting, “RFK kills people with hate!” Several protestors entered the room, and all of them were so loud and full of anger that it was not possible to hear anything else, even if they talked on the microphone.
On this, the chairman of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP), Sen. Bill Cassidy, has paused the hearing. To stip the commission, he announced:

Why is RFK Facing the Criticism from Protestors?
Since his appointment as the health secretary, Kennedy has been facing criticism, and every time he shows up with a statement or makes a decision, he does not get a positive response. This time, he is getting this response after slashing the services at the department.

Kennedy seems not happy with the Administration for Community Living, which helps disabled people and elderly persons willing to live in their own community instead of a nursing home. He has eliminated the staff from there too and stopped the aid.
Yet, the protest was not only by the people who were not happy with the current decision by Kennedy, but all those who were in favor of the vaccination were also in the protest. Kennedy says that the vaccination has a relationship with autism, so he does not support the vaccination.
The Trump administration, under the supervision of Kennedy’s services, is trying to cut the budget and eliminate the medical facilities, saying the budget is the problem in supporting such programs, and these are the main causes why people are not happy with their work.
